UCISAT 1

UCISAT 1 was designed in accordance with the classic 1U cubesat design requirements. When launched, UCISAT 1 will enter sun-synchronous low-earth orbit. The primary mission objective is to capture images of Earth and transmit them back to the K6UCI ground station located on campus.

UCISAT 2

UCISAT 2 is being designed to determine whether natural sunlight and high energy radiation can break down pollutant compounds in water for recycling during extended space explorations. UCISAT 2 is currently in the design phase.
